My name is Justin Bowditch, I am one of the top agents, not only with HomeLife Realty but for the Greater Toronto area. Prior to my Real Estate Career I was a contractor with my own renovation company. I have worked on many homes in and around Toronto, therefore giving me a wealth of knowledge to share with my clients. Whether you are looking for a quaint Victorian house in Historic Cabbagetown, or a Contemporary loft style condo, I can help you find it, and give you some of the best advice on what you can do with it. I will also work with you to help you avoid the pitfalls involved in buying or selling a home. My objective is to provide my clients with honest, positive and supportive service that will build long lasting mutually beneficial relationships. Buying any home, let alone your first or second, can be a stressful or frightening experience, but with my experience I can shield you from problems that may arise. This said one of my passions is to enjoy the great outdoors and to help make sure it is there for every one to enjoy for generations to come. Part of the way I do this is I donate 5% of my commission from the sale or purchase of every home to the Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. It is a facility located in Muskoka that cares for wounded or troubled animals. It has completely inspired me with their thankless kindness towards our wildlife.
